About the Goa Housing Board

The Goa Housing Board is an autonomous body of the Government of Goa, constituted under the Goa, Daman & Diu Housing Board Act, 1968 and operational from 1969. Its mandate is to provide residential house sites and housing facilities to the Goan population at reasonable prices, alongside developing commercial complexes and allocating land for institutional use.
